Put it on your website, share it under the employment conditions heading in the open vacancies, discuss it during the monthly staff update, while recruiting new colleagues at a fair, during a job interview, etc. In short, make sure that equal pay is indeed the new normal. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Then everyone knows where they stand and you get satisfied employees in return who feel even more appreciated. Not unwise in this tight labor market and only fair. What are you waiting for?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
